FERC should deny permits for the Southgate expansion of the Mountain Valley Pipeline

We wrote a brief comment to encourage FERC to deny MVP’s request to extend their Certificate for Public Convenience and Necessity for the Southgate project, a new effort by MVP to extend the main pipeline from Pittsylvania County, Virginia., into North Carolina's Rockingham and Alamance counties. The project will have significant effects on the environment and on the health and safety of residents living and working near the pipeline.
